TAHINI DRESSING WITH KALE, POACHED EGGS AND ROAST SQUASH
I want tahini on everything, all the time, forever.
This is the tahini dressing I was banging on about in the lastest minisode – it is SO GOOD and goes on about half the meals I eat – it’s great with roast vegetables, halloumi, lamb, everything. Here I put it on roast squash, kale and eggs but you can totally skip that bit and just make the dressing ;) Keeps in a jar in the fridge for about four days, just whisk in a dash more water if it thickens up....
